Once I have saved one file onto a new CD. The CDRW will
not allow that file to be deleted or changed and it is
not poss. to save any new files. Does anyone know how to
change the settings to allow read writing of CD roms?
-using Windows XP Home Edition.

Thanksin advance

The very limited CD-burning capabilities inbredded in XP doesn't work
like that. Copy the file already on the CD to your harddrive, format
the CD, then create a new CD with both the old and new files.

If you want to be able to drag and drop files, and have the ability to
modify or delete them individually, you'll need to buy some third-party
CD software like Drag-to-Disk, or InCD.
