I can't Read Software Instructions in Different Langauge.

Hello. When I am trying to install software in Russian language, I can't read
its instructions - it looks like Egyptian symbols. Also, I have the following
Error:
Runtime error program: D:\Setup.exe This application has requested the
runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the support team
for more information.
What should I do? Thank you.

Have you tried to contact the support team for the software you are
trying to install?

You're pretty much screwed -- there is no "Egyptian" character set (unless
you mean hieroglyphics). Egyptians use Arabic characters.
