I coudn't Read Software Instractions in Different Langeage

Hello. When I am trying to install software in Russian language, I can't read
its instructions - it looks like Egyptian symbols. Also, I have the following
Error:
Runtime error program: D:\Setup.exe This application has requested the
runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the support team
for more information.
What should I do? Thank you.

Downloading and running software from sites that are inevitably stacked with
pirated software is not such a smart thing to do, as you are finding out..
