For anyone to be able to help you also need to post the error codes here, you
could also try searching the microsoft database for your error codes.

I have the same problem on my DELL. It had some viruses that are
quarantined and now I can't open "my documents", : "my computer",
"control panel", or "explorer". Every time I try to open them I get the
error message:
The instruction at "0x01c0d065" referenced at "0x00000000". The memory
could not be "written".
What do I do? I can run programs, but can't access any file!

I ran 2 different spyware applications and deleted the problem from
there. There was a lot of bad things in there and I'm not sure which
one caused this problem, but it worked and I am able to access
everything now.
