i can't open help and support from StartMenu or Explorer

Some time ago i installed a trial antivirus program. When i tried to open help and support, the program said that one .dll used by it is a spyware, and i choose to quarantine it. then, when i tried to acces help and support from startmenu it didn't open. I uninstalled the AAV program, but it still doesn't work. Who can help me?
