i cant make msn the default browser

I want to make MSN Explorer my default web browsing program. I tried
searching through MSN's options and found nothing. The Program Access and
Defaults lists only Internet Explorer and Mozilla. I am running Windows XP
Home SP2. If anyone can help me I would appreciate it.
 
Uninstall and reinstall MSN explorer, and when you use it the first time, it
should prompt you and ask if you want to use this as your default browser
