All was fine this morning. I left the machine running
while I made a sales call and when I came back to the
machine I had a message saying page could not be
displayed. I have tried to log on to these two sites all
afternoon and it will not go. Internet Explorer is
running and I can log on to all of my favorites and to
any other Microsoft site, just not these two. I run
Windows XP Pro and IE 6.0. Both have all the latest
updates and service packs.

Can anyone help?

I've been having identical problem .. and then some .. for
the past 2 weeks. I've sent several messages to the MSN
web site and they keep telling me to "delete all cookies".
However, that hasn't helped one bit. Each time I try to
access either www.msn.com OR my.msn.com - it appears as if
my PC is being directed to another web site with numeric
code 65.54.230.240. Very strange. Has anyone given you
any suggestions. Thanks and have a nice evening .. Helen

Helen,

Nothing yet. This is starting to get very frustrating.
Let me know if you hear anything.

I have had the same problems recently as well as a more
pervasive problem. When I first try to open the browser I
get a white page and the words "y.msn.com" in the upper
left corner. When I try again the browser opens correctly
to my home page.
I am using the latest versions/patches of WinXP Pro and
Inet Explorer 6, and a hotmail/passport entry to the home
page. I have also run both Adaware and Spybot to track
nasties--none found.
Any clues?
