Hi.. Here's the situation... I can't get through the SP2 installation
program.. I keep getting errors that say Service Pack 2 could not backup
registry key for a bunch of things. Can ANYONE help me? I have no idea what
these things are and am not sure what to do. THANK YOU.

The types of registry entries that are giving problems are listed below.
- HKCR\DxDiag.DxDiagProvider
- HKCR\DirectPlay8Diagnostics
- HKCR\DirectPlay8Diagnostics.1
- HKCR\DirectPlay8NATResolver
- HKCR\DirectPlay8NATResolver.1
- HKCR\DirectPlay8ThreadPool
- HKCR\DirectPlay8ThreadPool.1
- HKLM\SOFTWARE\Classes\DirectPlay8Diagnostics
- HKLM\SOFTWARE\Classes\DirectPlay8NATResolver
- HKLM\SOFTWARE\Classes\DirectPlay8ThreadPool
- HKCR\Psisdecd.ATSCTerrestrial\CLSID

Does this make any sense to anyone? Any suggestions or help would be
appreciated.

Thanks,
Rob
