I cant have two windows open on top of eachother..

I know this may not seem important but it is very tedious. When I have
programs open I cant just click on the taskbar to open a window i have to
clsoe the one im in and open the new one. This is quite annoying seeing that
i use an instant messanger a lot. Can someone please tell me why this is or
how i cant fix it.

P.S this just started randomly a couple weeks ago.

Hello. Try doing a virus scan & spyware scan. If this doesn't fix the
problem, you can try doing a system restore to the date before you know the
problem occured. This is located in Start > All Programs > Accessories >
System Tools > System Restore.
