I recently bought a new camera, and my computer was working perfectly
no issues. When I tried to install the software, I got a blue screen
which explained there was some kind of error and of course I don't know
what it said (I forgot lol) Anyways I restarted my computer and did a
system restore which brought it back up just fine.
I figured I had did something wrong in trying to install the camera
software I had bought. So I decided to retry and do it correctly.
Unfortunately, it so did not work, and my computer gave me the blue
screen again explaining the error and possible causes. I turned the
computer off and the turned it back on. Now my computer was running as
slow as a slug and will not pass the login screen to even get to the
troubleshooting. I tried sytem restore (which will not complete), safe
mode (which will not completely start up, and I do not know what else
to try now. I can't even get it to the desktop.
Is my computer not fixable lol? Please help if you can I'd appreciate
it.
