I cant e-mail using this e-mail says cant find server

it says Unable to find the e-mail server. Please verify the server
information in your account properties. Task POP3 sending' reported error

Verify that your server settings are accurate.
 
Can we have the account that you have set up.
Also disable all kind of antivirus or firewall.

Several residential ISP's (Cox Communications is one) block outgoing port 25
for sending mail. Try setting the outgoing SMTP port to 587 if you are using
an email address that was not directly assigned to you by your ISP.
