i can't connect to the internet...

I downloaded the ad-aware program and ran it, after I
rebooted I couldn't connect to the internet.I have DSL and
my DSL provider said that my router and modem are fine.He
told me that it sounds like an Internet Explorer
problem.Any help or suggestions, will be appreciated.

When you remove an adware, you broke your connection. Reset it.

If you are using Windows 98 or ME, use the following script to fix the
problem
