I can't access the DB

I used the security wizard to secure my database. I gave
all permission to my name. The setting process ran very
smoothly. I then re-open the secured database. It says I
don't have permission to open it, and I should ask Admins
to change my permission. What did I do wrong? How can
change the user's permission? How can I get in as an
Admin?

The wizard generally creates a desktop shortcut to open your database. Try
opening it via that shortcut.
