I cannot send out emails

this is the message i am receiving when I try to send any emails out

what Can i do?

According to http://products.secureserver.net/email/email_outlook.htm
you should be using port 80 instead of port 587.

Use of port 80 for SMTP service is unusual, but technically there's no reason
why it wouldn't work. This is GoDaddy's email service, and they've always
been a bit weird.
