i cannot send or recieve emails from my yahoo account.

i have already set it up but it still wont allow me to use it?? can anyone

Hi,
did you get any error messages?
 
You cannot use Outlook for free Yahoo mail. Only for the paid Yahoo POP mail
and those directions are available at the Yahoo Help site.
