can't send / recieve after moving .pst file

I copied a .pst file from my laptop and put it on my desktop, where I had
another .pst file already located. I kept both .pst files on the desktop ( I
need to reference some saved emails from old .pst file) but I designated .pst
file from laptop the default file. NOW howver I can not send or recieve
emails from that .pst file. I have tried under -options - accounts that
email accounts are set up correctly adn didi a 'test' and it appears normal,
but Outlook is not receiving any emails or sending. I know I am getting
emails because they show up like they always do on my blackberry.

What could be the problem?

THanks,

Cancel the emergency.... I found in not familiar menu screen an unchecked box
to have Outlook also 'receive' emails when 'send / recieve' was selected.
Not sure why it was changed, but I found it.

You can try a popular Outlook recovery tool called Advanced Outlook
Repair to repair your PST file. It is a powerful tool to recover
messages, folders and other objects from corrupt or damaged Microsoft
Outlook PST files.

Detailed information about Advanced Outlook Repair can be found at
http://www.datanumen.com/aor/

And you can also download a free demo version at http://www.datanumen.com/aor/aor.exe
Good luck!
