I cannot see my messages on web server after opening outlook

Hi, I cannot see my messages on web server after opening outlook 2003. My
settings are set for save a copy on server, but when I open Outlook, all my
messages gone from Webmail (Comcast). I did talk with Comcast, and they are
saying porblem with Outlook.
Any solution, please?

I'm having the same problem with Outlook 2003. I use a computer at my office
and a computer at home. Both are set to save messages to the server. No
messages are being saved on the server so that I can access my email from my
Palm Pilot. Comcast help doesn't support Outlook so what do we do?
