I cannot receive new messages or delete old ones

I cannot receive new messages to my Outlook Inbox, cannot
delete them from Inbox or Deleted Messages.

I get a message that states: c:\Exchange\mailbox.pst
could not be accessed. Access denied.

Help!

Does that file exist on your machine? If so, is it not marked read-only?
