I cannot open .pdf attachments with an underscore(_) in the filena

Since this week I can't open .pdf attachments with an underscore in the
filename anymore.
I always reveice the error message"Can't create file:[name file].Right-click
the folder you want to create the file in, and then click Properties on the
shortcut menu to check your permissions for the folder".
It looks to me like my computer is unable to save the file in the temp
files, since I have all permissions on my computer.
