I cannot get rid of this

this is a post that I attempted to make to a different NG and it wasnt sent
(possibly because I had a picture attachment that was too large), the
problem is, everytime I open OE to write a new post a box opens up telling
me the message below. How do I stop this from happening as it is very
annoying.



Outlook Express could not post your message. Subject 'Re: jewel case
templates', Account: 'msnews.microsoft.com', Server: 'msnews.microsoft.com',
Protocol: NNTP, Server Response: '437 (648) Transfer Failed - Do Not Try
Again -- The Article is too large', Port: 119, Secure(SSL): No, Server
Error: 437, Error Number: 0x800CCCA9

Thanks again for your contined assistance. I read the article and renamed
the outbox.dbx. file to outbox.old. and restarted outlook express and the
warning message no longer appears.
