I cannot get Excel to print out multiple copies

I have tried restore points, removing Office and loading again.
copies will still only print single copies at a time.
I'happy that the printer is ok, so it must be a software problem
 
It is a software problem yes. A problem with your printer driver. Excel
does not dtermine the number of copies, but your printer driver does. Delete
your printer, and then install it again.

thanks for taking the trouble to help. I did remove printer and re installed
but the problem still exists i'm afraid. Prints only 1 copy at a time.

Do you click on the printer icon, or do you click on <File><Print> and then
select the number of copies, or are you using a macro
