I cannot erase a program

I'm Lorena, my pc suddenly is slow and I think that is due to a program
(Google Earth) that I cannot erase. I'd wish a answer, my pc is pentium 4
and I worry about this.
Please, help me and excuse my english, I from Chile. Thanks

when you said you could not erase, do you mean going to start menu. control,
add/remove program, and then could not find google earth or nothing like
that to uninstall?
