I cannot email from Office Online or Word

Whenever I try to send anything from Microsoft Word or Officeonline after I
have tried to add attachement or note, I cannot find a place to SEND MAIL. It
asks for recipient, but THERE IS NO BUTTON or ICON for sending mail.
