I can use Outlook express for email but not Outlook

I have a new computer and after set up I did not receive
any mail for one week. I spent 45 minutes on the phone
with my DSL carrier and finally found ALL of my mail in
Outlook express. He stated, the technician, that it
appeared that my Outlook was not working. I have no
problem using outlook express but am wondering if it is
something simple that would allow me to use all of the
features of Outllok. Help! Who do I call?
 
You need to register your outlook as your mail client and
setup an account under tools>accounts.
