I can send fine in outlook, but it won't receive

i used to use outlook epxress, but then upgraded to micorosoft outlook. i
have just installed NTL broadband, and now outlook won;t receive. it will
send fine, but just dosn't receive any emails- no error messages appear. the
emails come through fine on the email providers webmail. is there some
setting to allow it to work?

Turn on diagnostic logging and look for problems.
