I can not send or recieve email from my accounts Outlook express 2

I have a new computer and I've loaded my pop 3 serv's but I keep getting
error message saying to verify my passwords. I have the same exact pass words
and settings on my old computer and they work fine. I've verified the
passwords. HELP.

I need soem help. Thanks Monty

account will be deleted without reading.

After furious head scratching, Monty needs Help asked:

You are using Outlook Express. Did you check if SPA(Secure Password
Authentication) is checked in your mail Properties?
