i can not send email with office 2003

i am running outlook 2003 sp1, on a system with windows 2000Pro Sp4. i can
receive emails but not send. I have deleted & recreated all my email accounts
and double checked their settings. I created a new profile. I ran the repairs
as well. nothing is helping. Could some one please enlighten me. I see a
lot of postings but i can not see the answers. I'll try to check back but if
you could send any suggestions to (e-mail address removed)

What sort of account(s) do you have? What happens when you try to send?
Any error messages?
