Hello, Rashed. I suggest you look in Conrol Panel. Is your version of
Windows XP pro in english? Install AVG (english) or some other AV program to
prevent virus infections in the future. Also install some antispyware
application such as but not limited to SpywareBlaster. If you are now
running McAfee AV that is fine.

Try this link:

http://www.mindyourbrain.1gig.biz/Troubleshooting/folderoption.htm

If that doesn't help then use manual procedure:

For Windows XP Professional:
1. Click Start - Run - type GPEDIT.MSC
2. Expand to
User Configuration
Administrative Templates
Windows Components
Windows Explorer
3. Double-click "Remove the Folder Options menu item from the Tools menu" in
right side pane.
4. If it is set to "Enable" or "Not configured" then set it "Disable".

For both Windows XP and Home Edition: (Modifying registry need high
attention. Do it carefully)

1. Click Start - Run - type Regedit
2. Here expand to HKEY_CURRENT_USER
SOFTWARE
MICROSOFT
WINDOWS
CURRENTVERSION
POLICIES
EXPLORER
3. in the right-side pane check for the DWORD value NoFolderOptions
4. If it is not there then create a new DWORD value by right-clicking
NEW-DWORD
5. Type a name 'NoFolderOptions" and press Enter.
6. Double-click the entry and set the value to 0
7. Open any folder and see if Folder Options is there. If it is still not
there then Log Off and Log in again or make a restart

Hope this information helps you, let us know!
