i can not delete this: plugin131_8.trace WHY?

Hi,

I have this problem:

I can not delete these :

NTUSER.dat
ntuser.dat.LOG and

plug131_8.trace

How can i delete this if i want to delete this 3 then it's
says that i can not delete it because it is using or by
some one lese or by a program that i opened. But i don't
have a program that is opened...

Please help me .
