I can not connect

I get these error messages

The host 'SMPT' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the
server name correctly.
Subject 'Vista ', Account: 'POP3', Server: 'SMPT', Protocol: SMTP, Port:
25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D

'SMPT' and 'POP3' are not valid server names. The proper names depend on
which email provider you are trying to connect to. Most, but not all,
internet
providers are also email providers.
