I can login to AOL but I cant browse net HELP PLEASE

I cant browse the internet... I log onto AOL or Comcast
and get to there front page, I can see my mail in AOL and
send it but when I go out to the net I get the "Action
Canceled" page, internet explorer counld not find web
link......I have reinstalled ie 6.0 and the patches and
still nothing I try to repair IE and it says I cant
because its missing some file called snrun.dll something
like that...and says to reinstall IE I do and nothing
changes...So I installed Netscape for a browser and still
the same thing!!!! HELPPPPPP.... I can't figure this
out...I have also set up the securities and all the
settings in the Advanced tab to match mine.....
