I can access ALL internet pages - Content advisor don't work

The problem I have relates to an entry at the top of the
approved sites list under content advisor which is just
13 blank spaces. It seems to be allowing any site to be
viewed.

I have deleted the entry many times (followed by
Apply/Ok), but it just keeps reappearing as soon as I
view the list again.

I have run all the usual Spyware/Hijack/Virus checks, but
nothing kills this entry. Any ideas ?

Try these two programs. Download, install, then immediately update to make
sure they have the latest definitions, then run them.
