IE6 Content Advisor Approved Sites problems

The IE6 Content advisor, Settings, Approved sites list
has two blank sites at the beginning of the list. When I
remove them, they return as soon as I close the tab. In
addition, Content Advisor is enabled and allows any
website. It does not just allow the Approved Sites, it
allows all sites. How do I fix this problem?

Hi Steve - You may need to re-install if. If you wish to restore Content
Advisor to its original condition you can obtain a Microsoft program
(CA-Reset.exe - 89.5K) to do this here:
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/regs_edits/CA-Reset.exe (listed on line
283) NOTE: Using CA-Reset will completely delete your Approved List -
everything starts like brand new, so consider this before you use it.
