I am using outlook 2003. When I exit the outlook it won't close. In the task
manager it says outlook
 
Any type of 3rd party applications installed that integrate or protect
Outlook data? (e.g. WinFax, ActiveSync, Antivirus, and even Word can keep
Outlook resident in memory.)
