I am unable to locate a host - server? POP3 or SMTP

I cannot send or receive e-mail using Outlook Express. The Error message
indicates that the mail is unable to locate the hosts. Why? What do I do?

Verify that you have used the correct server settings for your mail account.
Also note that a firewall or a virus scanner that integrates with Outlook
Express could interfere with the send/receive process.

Anyway, note that this is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.
