I am unable to get Help and Support to work.

When I click on Help and Support, is does not work. Neither does my Remote
Assistance (Either way) as well. Can some one help? I can't find any
answers to this problem.

Click on H and scroll to Help and Support. It's a long list of different help for it
so look thru it all.

Go Online with Internet Explorer and then try Help and Support.

Any specific error message comes up when you try both.

For the time, click Start - Run - type SERVICES.MSC

Following services must be running. Double-click the service and change the
Status.

1. Help and Support - Started - Automatic
2. Remote Access Auto Connection
3. Remote Procedure Call
3. Terminal Services
