I am trying to find a spreadsheet for staffing forcasts

I have been asked to create a chart showing staffing waves or forcasts.
Does anyone have a source for these types of items or example they are
willing to share?
 
it really depends on the level of detail you need to show. Staff in total, by
level or type, capacity, etc. Can you be more specific?
