Question about editing formulas

Hi! I'm in a workbook and I want to do a find and replace for certain
cells. The cells that I want to do the find and replace for are all
using the FORCAST formula function. These cells are located all over
the spreadsheet and I don't want to have to go through and highlight
each area individually. I also don't want to do a find and replace
for the whole spreadsheet becuase I'm afraid I'll replace numbers that
I don't want to in other formulas. Is there anyway to only target the
cells with FORCAST in them when I do my find and replace? Here's an
example of the formula, I'm looking to change the row refrences, but
the cells each have different column letters. Thanks for your help!

=FORECAST($E174,AS$120:AS$171,$E$120:$E$171)

It may be best to use a defined name for the range that would be self
adjusting with more/less rows.
