I am not receiving emails.

I can send emails, but am unable to receive them. When I click SEND/RECIEVE
I am then prompted to enter a network password.
 
Hallo,

this usually happens if the server is not reachable or the username and/or
password are not correct.
Do you use a pop3-account? If yes, check if you entered the correct
pop3-server in account options.
