I am not receiving e-mail from a specific sender

I receive other e-mail but not from a certain e-maila ddress. What can I
check?
 
please tell me if you resolve this issue, we are having the same problem in
our office. Thank you
 
What version of Outlook? What sort of mail account? Are you sure that the
sender is not in your "blocked senders" list?
