I am not able to access the Task Manger

Sir,
I'm not able to access the Task Manager from my account inspite of
being an administrator. Whenever I press ctrl+Alt+Del a message box says
"TaskManager has been disabled by your Administrator". But all the other
users have it. When I right click on the taskbar the TaskManager option is
disabled. What shall I do?

OS : Windows XP
Long Horn Transformation pack applied.

This is a Microsoft ACCESS (the database application) newsgroup.

Please look at a newsgroup before posting to it. You might even try to do a
search to see if you can find that error message and what causes it, before
posting the question in a newsgroup.

You have posted this message to the wrong news group.
The access in this newsgroup's title refers to Microsoft Access, a
database product.
I would suggest you post to the appropriate Windows newsgroup.
