Disable the ctrl+alt+del while in database only

I have a need to disable the ctrl+alt+del (task manager) while users are in
the database that I have created. There is a form that they need to fill out
before they close the database, and I have disabled the "close"(X) button and
min and Max buttons already. The problem that I have is that people are
using the taskmanager to end the task or process. I would like to disable
the ctrl+alt+del only while they are in my database. is there a way to do
this?
*Note* I am a newbie to access...

It cannot be done without changing the GINA (the Graphical Identification
and Authentication component that's a key component of the operating system)

As Douglas says, this requires a VERY intrusive change to the entire
Windows operating system - and would prevent a legitimate
three-finger-salute if something should go wrong with the database.

I'd consider this a user training issue. If you explain, politely and
clearly, that interrupting an Access process is rather like turning
off the engine in your car in heavy traffic on <busy highway of your
choice>, pretty much guaranteeing that it will corrupt the database
and lose all their work, *and* if you provide a reasonable and
user-friendly way to exit your database, people will be less likely to
do this.
