task manger

I keep getting a message saying "Task Manger has been
disabled by your administrator" when I press CRTL+ALT+DEL.
I am the only person on my computer with administrative
access. Problem affects no other account on my computer.
I am logged in on the built in KEY account.

I'd have to guess that you have Disabled access to Task
manager using Group Policy likely through MMC. You'll have
to find the exact Policy though...

Click Start, Run and enter REGEDIT Go to:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System

Look in the right pane for a value called DisableTaskMgr. If it exists, it
should be set to 0 (zero). If not, double click it and change it. If it
doesn't exist, right click in a blank spot in the right pane, select New,
DWord and name it DisableTaskMgr.
