I am getting problem while opening IE

As I open IE it is redirecting to a page that I did n't set as home page.
When I changed my home page to "about blank" ,After restarting it is opening
again the other page but not "about blank"

This is a classic sign of a spyware on your system Why not download
Microsoft antispyware beta and scan your system with it. The link is:

Before you start the scan, make sure you have downloaded the latest
signature files as well by going to File, check for updates.
