I am getting a Server Application Error. How do I resolve this?

Hi,

I have been getting the following error when I view my websites hosted on a
Windows 2000 Advanced Server with SP3. I was not able to decipher where the
problem lies. When I open the Internet Services Manager, I get a message
that IIS cannot connect to the computer. Somehow IIS was shutting down all
the sites and disconnecting from the local machine. However, when I
restarted the machine, it seems to work fine. Can anyone suggest the
possible reasons why this happens. I am enclosing the error messages I got
in my Application log.
