I have a error message in Event viewer:

Description:
The COM+ Event System detected a bad return code during
its internal processing. HRESULT was 800706BF from line
42 of .\eventsystemobj.cpp. Please contact Microsoft
Product Support Services to report this error.

Please, help me resolve this proplem.

I would suggest installing the COM+ Hotfix Rollup 20.2 or Service Pack 3
which contains the roll up.
