As of Monday 1/26/04 I have been unable to connect to TS. I use netzero as my ISP and had no problems for the past 1 1/2 years. I too did all the trouble shooting and so did my IS Dept. Any ideas? Thanks.
The TS is in office and you can't connect from home? what's the error you
got? any configuration change like you add/change router, if not, I would
try netzero customer service.
