Hyperlinks

I have hyperlinks along the left shared border (Left, Top & Right are
shared). I have 6 hyperlinks to other pages. When the links are clicked the
link jumps/moves up to the top of the page. I have looked all over for what
is causing this, can't solve. Any ideas why this is happening?
