Hyperlinks

I have seen sites where the hyperlink will balloon when the mouse tip passes
over it. I have searched Frontpage 2002 and have not been able to discern
how to duplicate this effect.

Can anyone help?

For hyperlinks set your Screen tip attribute in the hyperlink properties dialog
(generates a title="Some Text")

Yes, I knew how to do this. I guess I didn't explain well enough.

What I want to happen when my mouse tip goes over the hyperlink is for the
hyperlink to go from plain text to bold text. The hyperlink text simply gets
bigger. I don't know what that is called, but the text seems to turn into
bold when the mouse tip goes over it.

Page Properties / Advanced / Enable hyperlink rollover.
Choose whatever style you like.
