Hyperlinks to slides in the same show are not available to click on when viewing in PPT Viewer

I am looking for some help!

I am trying to create a presentation disk that is a demonstration of a
website. I have created a number of 'hidden' hyperlinks (by drawing
shapes and attaching a hyperlink to another slide) so that the user
can navigate through the presentation just the same as if it were a
live website. When I view the presentation in PPT 2003 the links are
great and they cover the entire area that I intended, but when viewing
in PPT Viewer (2003 or 2007) there is only a small area (to the bottom
left of the intended link area) that is available to click on to
navigate to the appropriate page.

I don't know if this is an issue that is caused by something that I
have done, or if it is otherwise associated with Viewer.

Any thoughts?

What is the fill on the hidden shapes? If you used no fill, this is the
expected result. Instead, give the shapes a fill and set the fill to 98%
transparency. (Call it a glitch in the viewers...)
